Loui joined the firm in 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in our Conveyancing department. Loui deals with a wide range of conveyancing matters including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, bridging loans, transfer of equity transactions, lease extensions, License to assign and leases for commercial businesses and complex land transactions. Loui also has experience in dealing with Landlord & Tenant disputes.
Loui has always showed a keen interest in Real Estate and has worked as an estate agent prior to obtaining his Law Degree. He has also worked on personal property development projects in Spain and is overall passionate about every aspect of the world of Real Estate.
As well as English, Loui speaks Spanish and Arabic and acts for a wide range of clients from first time buyers to investors with large portfolios.
Outside interest: Outside of work, Loui enjoys travelling, going to the gym and attending networking events.
