Amina is currently a Civil Litigation Solicitor at Markand and Co Solicitors.
She graduated Law in 2017, and further gained her LLM and LPC in 2018. Since then, she has gained a multitude of experience varying across different areas of practice with particular focus on litigation.
With over 1 year post qualification experience and over 4 years’ experience overall in her career, she has gained many key skills and is well equipped in handling various legal matters. She has vast experience from previously working in Immigration appeals, of which she has transferred those adaptable skills to Civil Litigation. Amina handles a varying workload of civil matters including drafting eviction notices, issuing possession proceedings, debt collection matters and boundary disputes. This includes excellent drafting of witness statements, particulars of claims, consent orders and further documents in relation to civil proceedings.
She also has developed knowledge of various fields of law including Immigration, Family, Probate and Wills which she has gained over her career.
